If an extension is given in accordance with sub-section (4) of section 12, within that extension period and if no extension is given, within the period written in sub-sections (2) and (3) of that section, the amount to be paid by the contractor to the Government of Nepal as written in those sub-sections. If he does not explain or fails to deposit the money security as per sub-section (5) of that section, his contract will be terminated and if the contractor does not perform according to his confession in that regard, Section 27 will apply.
